all-glass addition facing the water. The structure is a classic example of details coming together to create a seamless visual experience.

• Linear recessed lighting flush with the ceiling and interior walls create a seamless transition without bulky, additional light fixtures
• Cold air return and supply duct finished within the wall and ceilings through seamless linear diffusers
• Drywall wrapped around door and wall edges to allow for a more modern look without the need for traditional trim and moulding
• Floor to ceiling window additions required the installation of engineered flush beams
• Shower floor washes into the bathroom floor without a lip dividing base or shower to bathroom flooring
